Our Story · Since 2016
The story of a friendship, of a shared exactingness, and of a fragrance long worn before anyone dared to sign it.
Chapter 01 · The meeting
Neither of them came from perfumery. That is where one has to begin, because everything else follows from it: they learned by smelling, by comparing, by starting again.
In 2014, the trials stopped being a curiosity and became work. Nothing was yet a house, nor even a project. There were two people, sample bottles, and the idea that one might go further.
Chapter 02 · The founding
Two years later, the House existed. Its address was a Paris flat, and every bottle left it signed by hand, one by one.
The first bears the number 1 and is called Absoluta. It would give its name to all the rest.
Chapter 03 · The atelier
In 2019, the House committed what it had. A laboratory in France took over from the flat: room, balances, and the means to produce more than short runs.
Nothing guaranteed the gamble would hold, but the way of composing did not change. What changed was what a year could hold.
Chapter 04 · The reach
We have never chased fashion, only the rightness of a material brought to its point of emotion.
The name travelled, without being pushed. People, strangers, wore these fragrances, spoke of them, gave them. That was the moment the House stopped being a matter between two people.
Chapter 05 · Collection Prestige
Vespera, Cachemire, Onyx Noir, Virtuose: Collection Prestige extends the founding gesture.
A new writing, the same hands. What has changed since the first bottle is the assurance, not the method.
Chapter 06 · And tomorrow
There are lines still in preparation, bottles not yet released, and ideas with no name. The House announces no calendar. It has work ahead of it, which amounts to the same thing.
