By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them without reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 1: Information about the seller<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website www.parfumsabsoluta.com is operated by CPA, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered under SIREN number 893 478 388 (RCS Paris), whose registered office is at 66 avenue des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es, 75008 Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EU VAT number: FR32893478388<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unique identifier (IDU) under extended producer responsibility (EPR), household packaging and graphic paper sector: FR533682_01JXUG. In accordance with Article R. 541-173 of the French Environmental Code, this number certifies that CPA has met its EPR obligations for the packaging and graphic paper it places on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact: contact@parfumsabsoluta.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2: Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms apply to every sale of products made on www.parfumsabsoluta.com to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession), whether resident in France or abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professionals wishing to place volume orders are invited to contact CPA directly by e-mail at contact@parfumsabsoluta.com or via WhatsApp, in order to benefit from suitable terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3: Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustration only and are not contractually binding. Slight variations in colour or packaging may occur without constituting a defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4: Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ordering process is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adding the product or products to the basket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opening the basket and selecting &#8220;Proceed to checkout&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating an account or ordering as a guest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entering contact details and the delivery address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecting the delivery method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choosing the payment method and confirming the order<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order is sent to the customer. The contract of sale is formed when the shipping confirmation is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds (insufficient stock, pricing error, abnormal order, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5: Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable in France. Delivery charges are shown separately during the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of an obvious pricing error on the website, CPA will inform the customer and offer either to proceed with the order at the correct price or to cancel it with a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6: Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is due in full when the order is placed. The accepted payment methods are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank card (Visa, Mastercard and other compatible cards)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Card transactions are secured through a certified payment gateway. CPA has no access to the customer&#8217;s bank details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7: Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products are delivered to the address given when ordering. CPA delivers within mainland France and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times and charges are communicated when the order is placed. CPA undertakes to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and, unless otherwise stated, within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If delivery is impossible (recipient absent, incorrect address), the carrier will leave a delivery notice. If delivery cannot be arranged within a reasonable time, CPA may cancel the order and refund it, less any costs incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Risk passes to the customer upon actual delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8: Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise this right, the customer must notify CPA of their decision by e-mail at contact@parfumsabsoluta.com or by post to: CPA, 66 avenue des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es, 75008 Paris, stating their name, address, order details and order number. The model withdrawal form below may be used for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, unused, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Return costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or of proof of their dispatch, using the same means of payment as for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.<\/strong> In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Consequently, any perfume or cosmetic product whose sealed packaging (protective film, cellophane or security seal) has been opened or removed after delivery cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Withdrawal form (model):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the attention of CPA, contact@parfumsabsoluta.com, 66 avenue des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es, 75008 Paris<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\/We (*) hereby give notice that I\/We (*) withdraw from my\/our (*) contract for the sale of the following goods (*):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordered on (*) \/ received on (*): ___________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Name of consumer(s): ___________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Address: ___________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Signature (only if this form is notified on paper): ___________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Date: ___________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(*) Delete as appropriate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9: Defective products and legal guarantees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity and against latent defects, in accordance with Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product is defective or does not match the order on receipt, the customer must inform CPA as soon as possible at contact@parfumsabsoluta.com. CPA will, at the customer&#8217;s choice, replace or refund the product concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10: Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products. CPA&#8217;s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or fraud, or to the mandatory legal guarantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 11: Promotions and discount codes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Promotional offers are valid for the period stated on the website and while stocks last. Discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 12: Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disasters, strikes, wars, network failures, government measures, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution or a refund if the suspension exceeds 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 13: Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/parfumsabsoluta.com\/en\/confidentialite\/\">Privacy <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/parfumsabsoluta.com\/en\/confidentialite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Policy<\/a> available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 14: Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact CPA first at contact@parfumsabsoluta.com to seek an amicable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be referred to a consumer mediator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent court shall be that of the place of CPA&#8217;s registered office, unless a legal provision applicable to the consumer provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 15: Changes to the Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
